A Shameful Act of Abuse of Power for Personal Interest




Today 9th June 2010 at around 10am a resident complained to the PPTLP and even better sent photographs as proof of what has happened. A Toyota car WRN 5392 was parked in a no parking zone in between parking lot number 20 and 21. This space is meant to provide residents with a passage way to go in and out of the lagoon and jogging track. What this means is that this car does not have a proper parking place and certainly has no vehicle access card but somehow has managed to come into our Taman. This can only happen if there are accomplices within the midst of our residents or the security guards have been cheated into letting this car in.



What is even more interesting is that at 5.38pm today, the same car was parked in parking lot No. 20. I could not believe it when I found out that the parking lot No. 20 actually belonged to a resident Mr. Heng who also happened to be one of the inactive and self important committee members who by the way is also owing 2 months of maintenance fees to the PPTLP.
What was worse is that on top of owning 4 Vehicle access cards, he needs to have even more parking lots. This terrible person is displaying a shameful behaviour by trying to abuse his position as a committee member to get information and special privileges. I guess Mr. Heng still thinks this is the old Lone Pine / CLC Management Corporation where favouritism and abuse of power can take place with no one being accountable.
Recently, during the AGM, it was approved to amend and increase the maintenance charges for shop lots. Since then Mr. Heng has not been paying his maintenance fees since April 2010. This silly man does not realise that it will only attract interest and possible further legal action may be taken.
That is not all, if you look at the shop lot beside the letter box of block 1, you can see how Mr. Heng has used potted plants to block the common area outside the shop lot. This same selfish act can be seen by taking a look at his ground floor unit where a garden has been made and once again a fence has been made to barrier out common area. Soon we will address all this issues one by one.
The first step is to expel this Mr. Heng from the committee due to disruptive behaviour by citing him a show cause as to why he should not be removed from the committee for his bad examples and poor track record which includes poor attendance to meetings, non paying of maintenance fees, encroachment of common area, instigating others against management Corporation, lying, harassment of other ex-committee members parents and so many more other incidents.
