When we hired the new Security Guard company we thought things would change for the better. I am sadly disappointed. The PPTLP Team put in so much effort and so many chances and warnings were given and yet the Security company still gives us rotten guards every once so often. I can imagine how the residents might be thinking. It is not easy doing Pro Bono work that does not reward you but brings you more distress but if we do not do who will and I know things will definely get worse if let unchecked. I think most of the Guard are sleeping during night duty but If u want me to compare I think old company is better then current company. Every morning when I going to work at 6am i did not see them sleeping and olny they did not wear smart uniform and cost more compare to curent company.
